The question of transgenderism takes another step toward the Supreme Court

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the state of Alabama CAN bar children from undergoing sex-change operations.
Other courts in other states are rendering the opposite decision and that sets the stage for somebody to appeal to the highest court in the land.
If the justices take up the question — which many legal experts predict that they will in the next year or so — it would be one of the most historic decisions in U.S. history.
