A group of Congressmen has sent a letter to the president demanding information about a program run by the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor which is titled “Promoting and Defending Religious Freedom Inclusive of Atheist, Humanist, Non-Practicing and Non-Affiliated Individuals.”
