About the Speaker – Paul got his start in the business world through retail auto over 20 years ago as a service advisor in a small-town Chevy store where he fell in love with the industry. From there he became a serial automotive entrepreneur building a regional reconditioning company serving over 150 dealerships a year which led to an acquisition by Dent Wizard International. From there he continued building his creative marketing agency, Congruent and authored his first book, The Automotive Manifesto which is used as a part of NADA Dealer Academy and Northwood University curriculum.

Within 30 days of the pandemic lockdowns, he founded ASOTU, a Dealer-owned media platform working to raise the culture and perception of the Retail Automotive industry through a daily email, podcasts, and live events. Their doc-series, More Than Cars, highlights the human side of automotive retail and was recently picked up by Amazon Prime Video.

Amidst his entrepreneurial endeavors, Paul has served in leadership for several church plants in the Syracuse area where he lives with his wife of 23 years and four children.
