Wrestling overwhelming pain and hopelessness, teens have a death­wish like never before. Many conclude suicide is their only way out. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for 10-34 year-olds, and the fourth leading cause of death for those 35-54. It’s invaded communities, workplaces, schools, the military, and even churches.

TRAGIC! SHOCKING! SUICIDE IS AT EPIDEMIC PROPORTIONS!

Suicide prevention, intervention, and postvention (caring for suicide survivors) is everyone’s responsibility. Through proper training, we can all be more prepared to detect warning signs with the hope of prevention, as well as better understand how to support families who have experienced the loss of loved ones due to suicide. This epidemic is real, and we need to do our part to take responsibility and support our community.

Attend this informative seminar addressing the issue of suicide, taught by Nick Costello, a former crisis relief chaplain with the Billy Graham Association. Nick received training from The International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and University of Maryland instructors, on suicide.
