4th Annual Fall Craft Fair (crafters wanted)

WHEN: SATURDAY, October 5, 2024. Registration/Set-up starts at 8:00 a.m.
HOURS: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Exhibitors are asked not to leave before 4 pm).
WHERE: CULLEN PUMPKIN FARM, 587 CULLEN ROAD, RICHFIELD SPRINGS. Look for signs.
DAY OF REGISTRATION: Look for the “REGISTRATION” sign upon entering the site. Booth numbers are clearly marked and will be given out at registration the day of. You will not be notified in advance.
FEE: $40.00 for 12’ frontage; $80.00 for 24’ frontage (max is 24’ per exhibitor)
All items must be handcrafted/handmade. Fee is non-refundable.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: All registrations must be RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 1, 2024
REGISTRATION INFO:
• If you are new to our Fall Craft Fair or have not participated in the last two years either at the June event OR this one, the Committee requires 2 close-up photos of your handmade craft. Be very exact in describing your craft on the back of your pictures and on your application.
• Acceptance letters will be mailed to those crafters who have registered and been accepted upon receipt of the application. We will use the long, self-addressed stamped envelope you provided when you submitted your application.
• In the rare case we have to reject an application, an explanation and the check will immediately be returned in the self-addressed, stamped envelope that was enclosed with the application.
• Checks will be cashed periodically.
LIABILITY:
• Each exhibitor is responsible for his/her own tax liability. Cullen Pumpkin Farm is located in HERKIMER COUNTY
which is 8.25%
ADDITIONAL INFO:
• All displays cannot extend into the public’s walking path.
• Layout will be square shaped with booths facing in for the best possible exposure for all exhibitor booths and for ease of traffic flow. There are no “bad” spots.
• Site is a flat, grassy mowed area. There are no trees for shade. Bring a popup tent. You will need equipment to secure it to the ground due to possible windy conditions.
• Every effort will be made to separate similar crafts. Please be specific when itemizing your merchandise.
• Cars/trucks/trailers can be parked in back of each exhibitor’s booth(s).
• Exhibitors must provide their own tables and chairs and for removing their own trash and recyclables.
• TWO porta johns will be located this year on the Craft Fair side of the road as well as one on the other side of the road at the Cullen Pumpkin Farm. Check out the Pumpkin Farm website at www.cullenpumpkinfarm.com
• There is no electricity.
• No pets are allowed; No smoking is allowed. This will be strictly enforced.
FOOD: Richfield Youth Sports organization will once again be selling hamburgers, sausage, hot dogs, French fries and beverages as well as morning breakfast sandwiches and coffee.
