WHEN: SATURDAY, JUNE 8, 2024. Registration/Set-up starts at 7:00 a.m. (This is a later time than in previous years.)
If you are using a U-Haul or a trailer, etc., it is suggested that you arrive as close to the beginning of set-up time as possible for ease of
positioning your vehicle/U-Haul/trailer behind your assigned spot.
HOURS: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Crafters are asked not to leave before 3 p.m.
WHERE: Spring Park on US Route 20 at the light (by the Clock) in Richfield Springs
DAY OF REGISTRATION:
• Crafters should line up on Main Street (US Route 20) until registration starts at 7:00 a.m. DO NOT park on Church Street
(RT. 167) to await registration to open.
• Please enter via Spring Park Drive which is the first right off Church St. (RT.167)
• Greeters will register you and direct you to your reserved spot. Booth numbers are not given out in advance.
FEE: $40.00 for 10’ frontage; $55.00 for 15’ frontage or for corner spots which are limited. Fee is non-refundable.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: Deadline for applications is June 1, 2024.
• Acceptance letters will be mailed to those crafters who have registered and been accepted upon receipt of the
application. We will use the long, self-addressed stamped envelope you provided when you submitted your
application.
• In the rare case we have to reject an application, an explanation and the check will immediately be returned in the
stamped envelope that was enclosed with the application.
• Checks will be cashed periodically.
LIABILITY: Each crafter is responsible for his/her own sales tax liability. Otsego County tax rate is 8%
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• 2 photos of your craft are required if you are new to either our June or October events or if you have not participated
in the last 2 events. Be sure to include your name on back of photos.
• No baked goods are allowed as the Church of Christ Uniting’s “famous” bake sale will be in the pavilion.
• No pets are allowed per Village ordinance. Smoking is also not allowed. This will be strictly enforced.
• Booths are 10’ or 15’ frontage. Nothing must extend into the walkway or other booths- including your crafts.
• Parking will be available either in back of your booth or close by elsewhere in Spring Park if necessary.
• Please do not leave your unattended car/empty U-Haul/trailer on Main Street so that we may allow for ample parking
for the public to attend the Craft Festival.
• Crafters assigned corner spaces will not be able to park in back of their spaces.
• You will receive a coupon for 2 free coffee/tea and doughnuts with your acceptance letter.
• You must provide your own tables and chairs.
• There are two bathroom locations in Spring Park.
FOOD: Brooks’ Chicken Barbecue dinners will again be featured. We will also have our “famous” bake sale–both in the pavilion.
In addition, the Richfield Youth Sports Organization will, once again, have a food booth.
SPECIAL NEEDS: Please indicate on the contract any specific needs you might have. We will make every attempt to honor your
request. The natural beauty of the trees and other obstacles do, however, present challenges.
