Americans like Israel

A new poll from the Pew Research Center indicates that 55% of respondents have a positive view of the Jewish state, versus 41% who have an unfavorable view.
Religious people are the most likely to like Israel: 80% of White evangelicals 61% of White non-evangelicals and 58% of Catholics.
Republicans and conservatives are also more likely to have a favorable view of Israel.
