America may be running out of pastors

The Barna Group has been quizzing clergymen across the country and 75% of them say it’s getting harder and harder to find mature young Christians who want to become pastors.
This is particularly troubling, given the fact that many of America’s clergymen are planning to retire in the not too distant future.
The Barna poll also reveals that 71% of pastors are concerned about the quality of the men who will replace them.
