Free Family Movie Event – “Sheffey”

“Sheffey” is a 1977 dramatization of the life and works of the 19th century Methodist Christian evangelist, preacher and circuit rider Robert Sheffey. He is renowned for his eccentricities and power in prayer, and became part of the folklore of the Appalachian Mountains of southwest Virginia, southern West Virginia and eastern Tennessee.
